The North Country Telehealth Partnership strives to make this conference fun and informational, providing guests with updates on current trends in telehealth that are applicable to the rural populations we all serve. Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Irina Gelman, director of Fulton County Public Health, and afternoon plenary sessions will be led by Elizabeth Zicari, president of HCR Home Care. The day will conclude with a panel discussion featuring New York State Department of Health speakers.
